Alex's company came recommended. I have an old, three storey property with difficult access. Alex arrived punctually to quote the job. He worked out a money saving way of hoisting the hardware onto the roof. Alex's team of tradesmen (including Alex) worked for two solid days to complete the job. They removed the existing old, evaporative cooler and it's plumbing/vents. They installed a Daiken system with separate cooling areas and then cleaned up spotlessly after their work. My electrician installed a new circuit and completed all the electrical work. He found Alex very easy to work with.. So, the job was on time, on price, extensive warranties for parts and labour, cleaned up and were great to deal with. Absolutely earned five stars ~ James H

We needed to replace our ducted gas heater with a more efficient system and add cooling. We chose Absolute Airflow, a local business in the northern suburbs with competitive rates. Dion visited our site and recommended the appropriate ducted reverse cycle system with optional Airtouch 5. Carol and Alex provided the final quote and were always accommodating to our requests, answering all our queries and processing our VEEC rebate without hassle. Alex at Absolute Airflow provided 5 star service across the duration of the project, from initial quote to installation. We switched from a gas ducted system to an electric ducted system. Alex arrived at our house to provide a quote and talked to us in detail about the products he offers taking the time to show us some examples of vents and grills which he had in his car from a previous job. A few days before installation, we had to change from an underfloor to in the roof space arrangement (due to plumbing work blocking underfloor access). Alex was more than understanding and worked with us to select vents that matched the style of our property. On the day of install, Alex and 3 employees worked quickly and efficiently to install our ducted system with 10 outlets. The job was done on time and budget. Unbelievable service, On time. No drama at all, I just got the service only a king could expect. Andrew was great with my Dad who unfortunately is of European decent who doesn't understand English greatly. Andrew spent the time today to educate my father on how to use the system properly. The heating was also installed by Alex who took the time to go through the in and outs of why it should be installed in particular areas of the house and what size was appropriate. Great experience from start to end. Alex and his team were very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Andrew the installer did an excellent job. My job seemed different but I know now that many others face a similar situation abolishing gas due to skyrocketing costs: My existing electric ducted cooling/heating system, used by the previous home owner for cooling only, still has several years in it but lacked smarts and economy being old. We engaged Absolute Airflow to replace a 20 year old Daikin reverse cycle central system and were very happy with the outcome. The presale service was excellent with great advice given, the price was competitive also. Supply chain issues aside (not within their control) we are very happy with the new system, installers arrived on time and were very efficient in their work completing quickly. Vincent and Taryn arrived today to service my two split systems ready for a potentially very hot summer. I couldn’t recommend them both enough for their professionalism and friendly service. Alex, Zeus and the team at Absolute Airflow were fantastic to deal with and did an excellent job. We had old ac wall units in a townhouse with no room for ducting (flat roof, concrete floor etc) and the team brilliantly installed bulkheads.
